We do not collect Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, government-issued IDs, or mortgage/credit application data.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your data to train AI models sold to others. We do not serve ads.
We do not share your email, name, or account data with any of these providers.
Prelio uses browser local storage — not cookies — to persist your saved properties, recent searches, and session state. This data lives only in your browser and is not transmitted to our servers unless you are logged in.
We may use minimal analytics cookies to understand aggregate traffic. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where required for legal or compliance purposes.
Waitlist email addresses are retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Aggregate, anonymized analytics may be retained indefinitely.
We use HTTPS encryption in transit, hashed passwords, and access controls on our infrastructure. No system is perfectly secure — if you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at security@prelio.ai.
Email privacy@prelio.ai to exercise any of these rights. We will respond within 30 days.
Prelio is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete it, and the right to opt out of its sale. We do not sell personal information. To submit a CCPA request, email privacy@prelio.ai.
